By using Polaris AI Analyst ("the Service" or "Polaris"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Polaris is an AI-powered analytics platform that connects to Google Analytics 4 and Google BigQuery to automatically generate analytical reports, UI/UX audits, and presentation slide decks. The Service processes data solely on your behalf and according to your authorization.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must have the necessary permissions to authorize access to the Google Analytics and BigQuery accounts you connect.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Google's Terms of Service.

4. Data Handling

The Service accesses Google Analytics and BigQuery data solely to generate reports as requested by you. We do not store raw analytics data, do not share data with third parties, and do not use your data for any purpose other than providing the Service to you. See our Privacy Policy for details.

5. Service Availability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service depends on third-party infrastructure (Google Cloud, ngrok, local AI Bridge) which may occasionally be unavailable.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Generated reports are for analytical purposes only and should not be considered as professional financial or business advice.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. You can revoke the Service's access to your Google account via your Google Account Permissions.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
